2025 Summer Camp registration will open on Tuesday, March 18 at 8:00am for W&L employees. Registration will open to the public on Monday, March 24. Space is limited so register early!

insects, and outdoor exploration. Nature Explorers perfect blend of outdoor fun, hands-on learning, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. Discover and explore through creative activities all in the name of nature!
June 23-27Animal AdventuresGet ready to embark on an animal adventure! Each lesson will explore some of the planet’s most extraordinary creatures. Ever wondered about the most dangerous animal, or which creature is immune to venom? Through hands-on activities, experiments, and creative projects, you’ll uncover wild mysteries and mind-blowing facts about amazing species. Prepare for thrilling adventures and unforgettable discoveries!
July 7-11BuildersCalling all inventors, creators, builders, and designers! Come build awesome creations with us! We will create our own designs and build structures using recyclable materials, interlocking building blocks, and many other interesting items. No skills are necessary! Skills gained: communication, problem-solving, reasoning, developing creativity, and teamwork.
July 14-18Science WeekCome discover, experiment, and create as we learn about the colliding worlds of art and science in this STEAM-based program. Create simple machines, dabble in the world of robots, and discover the magic of science. Put on your lab coat and grab your art supplies because this STEAM program will rock your world.
July 21-25Discover the WorldGrab your passport because we are going to take a journey around the world! Visit a new country each lesson through literature, games, art activities, geography, and history. Discover the thrills of travel without leaving campus!
July 28- August 1Classic and Ultimate SportsFrom classic relay races to spirited competitions, students will experience the joy of outdoor games, team challenges, and exciting activities that keep them moving and laughing. Play games you know and learn some new activities along the way!

*Note there is no camp on Thursday, June 19 due to the university’s observation of the Juneteenth holiday. There is no camp offered the week of June 30th in observation of Independence Day.

LOCATION: 216, 218, and 220 E. Nelson Street (Sigma Chi, Nuestro Hogar Latino, and Kappa Sigma houses, respectively)

The “Davidson Park Parking” Lot at 25 Estill St. can be used to park when picking up or dropping off.

TIME:

  • Camp Sessions: 8:15 a.m. – 4:45 p.m, Monday- Friday

ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION

  • Rising Kindergarten (child must be eligible to attend Kindergarten in Fall 2025) through rising 6th grade
  • Families may use HSA or Dependent Care FSA to pay for summer programs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refunds (minus $3.99 Sawyer fee) will be granted up to 7 days prior to the start of the class. Within 7 days of the class start date, only a 50% refund will be granted. No refunds will be granted on or after the program start date.
