I have said pivot a million times since March. Little Scholars has pivoted, evolved, and continued to stay true to our mission: we exist to enrich children’s lives, make learning fun, and see people smile.
Our boutique-style services that have been the cornerstone of Little Scholars since 2006 made it easy to pivot.

Customized classes with science, art, and comics curriculum ✔
Tutoring, enrichment programs, and summer camps remain our foundation. They served as inspiration for new innovative educational solutions like Learning Labs, A-HA Kits, and Backyard Enrichment Programs.
Our Learning Labs have filled spaces that one year ago were filled with wedding parties and corporate lunches. Our A-HA Kits have reached hundreds of children who attend high-poverty and low-performing schools to complement their regular academic programs and support their families with literacy and educationally based tools. Our Backyard Enrichment programs brought our fun, academically based programs to your family’s backyard!
Hands down the best thing to come out of our pivot for me has been the opportunity to work with the sweetest, smartest, and funniest Little Scholars. Indeed, Little Scholars has pivoted and evolved while providing families high-quality educational services.
The time has come to retire the word pivot. We will continue to listen to our students, families, and schools develop customized programs, but moving forward we are going to shimmy as we inspire confidence. As always, thank you for sharing your Little Scholars with us!
