Dismissal Policies

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FAMILIES INTERESTED IN Girls On The Run/Let Me Run: Families interested in Girls on the Run or Let Me Run MUST 1) officially register through the appropriate organization website AND 2) complete the application on the Little Scholars website for Woodlin. The GOTR/LMR site covers the program registration fee and the Little Scholars site will cover the administration fee to run the program at Woodlin. This is also necessary for students to be properly counted in both systems and to ensure that we have proper dismissal instructions recorded in our system. We are working on a smoother registration process for the next session so please bear with us as we pilot these new programs at Woodlin. For those families seeking financial assistance, the easiest way to request a scholarship is through the online registration process on the respective organization website. We encourage you to start there. You can also call GOTR/LMR to discuss your situation. The administration fee for Woodlin can be waived for any family seeking assistance. Please email Jennifer Nolen, our clubs coordinator, to notify her of your situation or if you run into any problems with your request.
